Anyone help?

I am 10 day dpo!! Over the past few days I have been experiencing heartburn and other strange symptoms. Today I have got the most weird one yet. Everything I taste has an after taste of sweeteners?? Weird I know. My period due Thursday so a little early to take a test. Anyone experienced this before??
