Emotions

Has anyone else been battling intense days of emotion? Today (6w1d) I have felt the world is against me. I have a 6 yr old who has been acting up and I feel like every other moment in life has gotten under my skin. I've spent most of the day laying on the couch because I feel so low. I know it's hormones, has anyone else been feelng this way? What gets you out of the slump?
