Need advice, he works too much!

My boyfriend of two and a half years is a workoholic! He works regular swifts Monday through Friday (40 hours)  and then he gets 25-35 hours overtime on the weekends. Don't get me wrong, he makes a crap ton of money and considering we are moving out in May, I am def appriciative of that but it's gotten to the point where he cancels plans to work! Like today, we are supposed to go to his Aunt's for Thanksgiving but we can't go now because he's working! Don't get me wrong, I love how much work ethic he has for being so young (he's only 18) and I rather him be like this versus the counterpart but I just don't want him to kill himself.. I want him to be able to enjoy living. I'm just worried about him and our relationship. I hardly talk to him and we don't live together.. Anyone have advice? Thanks!!
