Okay so i know it's not good for womer to douche all the time, but in my case I've never done it and the reason i wanna do it is bc i want to avoid infections. Now it's not something that i wanna do all the time but come on we all have had that one day that we have a quickie and it's not the time or place to do so. Point is not washing hands is something so scary for me cus I don't wanna catch anything & I believe my partner did not...should I douche just in case???
