Vitex, Maca Root, Soy?
When I got pregnant with my son, I literally googled my fertile week, BD'd every other day that week and got pregnant. I also hadn't been on bc for years. Now that we're ttc #2, I haven't conceived yet. Had my nexplanon removed in June, and have been trying on and off since. Last month was our first month REALLY trying. Although I'm a day late for AF, I've only had bfn's, so I'm researching for next cycle.. Not sure if Vitex, Maca Root or Soy actually work, or if I should just start bbt tracking and different brand of opks. Any insight would be great!
