Friend lost her baby... Again:(

I have a friend who just miscarried twins. She also miscarried last year. And I beleive she miscarried once as a child after being raped. She has many health problems that make it hard for her to carry a baby. I really really want to offer to be a serogate mother for her in the future (if she wants- with her and her SO's eggs/sperm), but do not know when would be the right time to offer it to her. Thoughts?

Especially ladies who have lost babies, would you be offended if a close friend offered this? Or is there a proper time frame. She is really hurt after loosing these twins.
