Advice

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 39 weeks today I'm having a lot of sharp pains in my vagina for a couple days and my stomach is very hard and I'm only getting the odd pain in my stomach. I've been pooping and peeing a lot more and having a lot of troubles sleeping at night for the past week. Also the past few days I have had a increase in vaginal discharge and feeling nauseous I have doc appointment on Wednesday.. just wondering if I could be in the early stages of labour or if I should be concerned
