How do I increase milk supply fast?
I posted earlier but didn't get much response. I started weaning and didn't expect my milk supply to drop so fast. Now I regret it and I'm worried I won't be able to get it back up. Any tips? I've been pumping after I nurse my 1 year old daughter and only get a few drops on each side. Any advice is so appreciated. Thank you!
