Worried something's wrong!

I recently suffered from abnormal uterus bleeding causing me to bleed extremely heavy and drop large clots. I was put on progesterone and told it would stop and my normal cycle will start again no problems. I got my November period and yesterday I dropped a clot about the size of a grape and today when I went to the bathroom there were small pea sized clots on the toilet paper. I am scared that this is not normal and that once again my uterus is bleeding. I am wondering if anyone out there has clotting during a period or if I should go back to the doctor? Last time this happened I didn't expirence any cramps or anything this time I have cramps and breast soreness that I usually have with a period. Please someone out there help me out.
