What does this look like to you?

Question

It's a brighter red in person. 
Am I worrying about nothing?
Was wondering about it being an allergic reaction. Can't find anything else on her body right now though.

My daughter has the same thing. Pediatrician said it was a bit of eczema and I could use 1% hydrocortisone cream on it. The cream cleared it up in a few days.

Looks like heat rash to me. My daughter gets it all the time.

My LO has spots like that that pop up every day and then fade away.  My ped said it was normal.

Could be a heat rash or another type of rash. It's put some cortizone one it and see if it goes away. I wouldn't worry.

Ok I tried to attach a photo twice but it wouldn't work for some reason but this looks a lot like a birth mark that my daughter has! My daughter's is a little darker red though
