I don't know if it's been suggested before but the ability to add photos to notes would be awesome!!!
For example I just had spotting in a way I haven't seen before and would like to document it on the day here, but be able to delete it from my phone 😂 or I would like to be able to add photos of my ovulation tests on each day :)
