Dry lips

Sorry for her gumpy face 😊 (she just woke up and wants to eat not take pictures) but does anyone else babies wake up after sleeping through the night with dry lips? She goes to bed mouth clean but wakes up with I assume dry milk? Maybe she spits up at night without me knowing? I/she am/is an EBF
