Weight Loss While Pregnant!?

Question

So I'm already Overweight and was told by my Doctor that I can't gain more than 10-15 lbs. But I am a bit worried. I'm 11 weeks and keep going up and down between 180.6-182.9. This morning I lost weight compared to last week. Anyone else having weight loss issues. Im eating pretty much the same (if not a bit more junk food) so I'm hoping it's somewhat normal.

I was told 18 pounds over the course of the pregnancy and I weigh more than you. I have lost 10 pounds in the first trimester but now am trying to put on .5 per week.

I have also lost weight since becoming pregnant, I think it's normal, no one seemed concerned. I think just as long as you eat healthy and make sure you are doing some exercise a few times a week you should be ok.

Im 12 weeks and 2 days and I've lost about 5lbs since my first apt at 5 weeks 4days. I'm eating a bit healthier, not drinking soda, beer ect. However I'm concerned I'm not eating enough for baby but the doc says its ok. They also told me to not gain more thab 15-20lbs.

I've lost about 15 lbs. since I got pregnant. Between being nauseous and hardly eating anything but crackers and ginger ale! I was told I still have to have my glucose test early.. Ugh

I'm also around 180-185. My doctor says that walking every day and keeping up with yoga is enough to keep me on track for now. Weight gain will happen, but just do your best to eat well and right for the baby. 
If it helps, I've also lost some weight so far but my doctor assures me it's normal- as long as you're not rescricting food and getting enough nutrients to your growing babe. :)
