Is there a problem?

Today at work I went to the bathroom and (tmi) noticed my pants looked soaked, so I felt them and it was liked I peed myself, bare in mind I wasn't bursting for the toilet so I can't of "leaked", but my pants were soaked right through, I don't think it's sweat as I wasn't wearing anything that would make me sweat that bad that it would soak my undies plus it weren't even hot today, I don't know if it was discharge there's no white stuff in my pants it's just a large patch of wetness?? I don't know if there is an issue or not, nothing else is wrong down there
