Letrozole?

I have PCOS and have just been put on Letrozole today as I was told I don't ovulate. Has anyone taken this & if so, what should I expect side-effect wise?

I just finished my 4th round. I finally ovulated for the first time on it last month after taking 7.5 mg. I didn't get a lot of side effects from it which is nice! Good luck!

The only side effect i noticed was tiredness. I took 2.5 and didn't recruit a follicle but 5mg led to a nice follicle. Currently in my tww. Good luck!

I just started my second round today. First round was 2.5mg cd4-8. Lots of side effects but bearable, also comforting because it made me feel like it was working. I felt cramping, bloating, cervix pain, and backache. I ended up not ovulating. Today I'm starting 5mg cd 3-7. We shall see!!! I'll have an ultrasound on July 8th to measure any follicles.
