Sleeping positions?!

I'm only 9weeks and feel so uncomfortable when i try and sleep..anyone else?! Any tips or tricks please!

Ive been having the same problem :( I try to sleep on the left side, not sure if its really good for the baby but thats what ive always heard, and how I slept with my first when I was pregnant I wake up so still and sore though! I always put a pillow between my knees and it seems to help with falling asleep, but when I wake up, which is like every hour during the night to pee, haha, my pillow is on the floor most of the time lol I have scoliosis so sleeping on my back or belly is super uncomfortable :(

Try on your back with 3/4 pillows under your feet X or get a maternity pillow
