What the hell is going on with my body😩

Ok... Kind of a long story but I had period right on time from feb-March. After March it didn't come back until May. It lasted for 3 weeks straight with a constant dark red flow. Now June is almost over and I still see no sign of a period but have random lower abdominal cramps.. Especially during intercourse in my left ovary. I also have a lot of creamy white discharge that the Dr. said was a yeast infection but I know for a fact it's not because it's not itchy clumpy or smelly. All pregnancy test have come back negative. Any body else have this problem or can give me an idea of what could be going on? I have an ultrasound scheduled on the 12th of July to see what's going on
