Stingy ??

Question

I gave birth to my first child a week ago & me and my boyfriend have been arguing because he says I'm " stingy " with the baby... I don't think I am but this is my first baby and I'm still learning 😔

A couple of days ago my husband was holding our 3 week old, he had him for maybe 20 minutes and I had to go over and get him. I literally missed him. Luckily my husband was a good sport lol

Ah my hubby said I was "hogging" our daughter. So I gave her to him all day, and he said he takes it back it's a lot of work lol. It's a motherly instinct to us and they don't truly understand. It's a learning process for both of you don't take it to heart. Any opportunity my husband wanted to do something like change her diaper I was like by all means do it. She's 6 months now and I look back like yeah it definitely was because I was trying to learn and understand our daughter plus I just had her I wanted to spend time with her.
