Co fused need advise

Went to er last night and though i was going through a miscarriage my doctor called me today with my results on my hcg levels that he took before i went to the er yesterday night and it was at 8.2 keep in mind they caught my pregnancy verrryyy early i was only two weeks anyways at the er my levels had went up to 10 but i am bleeding yesterday with no cramps and it started sunday very lightly like only when i wipe and yesterday it was heavy and today it is light again like when i wipe the er didnt see anything in the ultrasound but at two weeks your not going to see anything ...im confused how are my levels increasing in a matter of hours and im bleeding can there still be hope or should i just accept that this is a miscarriage
