5w3d sono - missing yolk sac? Or too early?
Just got my early ultrasound done today to make sure baby was in the uterus (previous Ectopic) and sure enough, there it is! So happy. Doc said it looks exactly as he thought it would and is happy. I go back next week and will go back until 9 weeks. 
Of course I went online to compare mine to other 5 weekers. Some see the yolk sac and I'm just wondering if maybe it was too early to see for us. I do see two little dots maybe that's something, who knows. Anyone know anything about early ultrasounds?
I'm looking up what all the symbols mean 😂 why do we drive ourselves nuts?
