Still no period...

Me & hubby have been ttc for 7 months now, already have 1 daughter of 4yr old from a previous relationship. Periods have been irregular since coming off microgynon pill & cycles have been increasing each month. Last month was 34 days. But now 42 days since last af & still no sign! Took tests & all negative. Confused???? Been to docs & had bloods done to check hormones etc so now a waiting game until Thursday for the results... :/
