45 days no period

I just started my period today. I haven't been majorly stressed or anything this month. Although I did travel for business, and according to google that does switch up the body clock for traveling through time zones. Most of the time it has been around 32-35 days for me. But 10 days more than usual is kinda strange and it was this high last year too. Is it really just an ebb and flow in periods?
