please help me!! Omg

Okay. So I shaved Saturday. Monday night my vagina, well not really my vagina, the part under my stomach going to my vagina. Whatever you call that! It was itching so I scratched it..a lot. Well this morning they had formed scabs and now they are bumps and have a clear fluid come out if I pop them. Is this razor burn? Or ingrown hair?...or herpes? I've had similar problems before after I shave but it had never itched that bad. Please comment. I'm freaking.

ALSO I noticed most have a little pubic hair laying flat down?? So now I'm going more towards ingrown hair? How do I remove it?
