First appointment

I'm nervous I have the appointment on July 8th I should be 7 weeks and 4 days at the time but I'm so nervous that something will go wrong or they will give me bad news i,see so many women on here that go and get no heart beat or no baby or sac. I am excited but also nervous I have never been to a female doctor before never needed to. And thing I should know before going to prepare myself?
