13 Weeks!
I'm feeling so happy to finally be in the second trimester and I'm just getting my energy back to get back into the gym! With my first pregnancy I never worked out and gained over 70 pounds. This time around I'm hoping I can keep it to 30-40 lbs with consistent effort at the gym 💓 already gained 7 lbs so far, so we will see! Hoping for the best 🤓💪🏽
