Sore Breasts

I have just recently had my period, that wasn't a normal length for me. It was about 2-3 days and light the whole time. My period is usually the normal 7-10 days and heavy. But since my period has been over I've experienced severe breast pain. Has anyone else had this and how did you deal with it?
