Implantation bleeding?

Havent had my period in june, my nipples were very sore about 4 days ago. Had intercourse sometime last week i went potty today and wiped there was some brown blood when i wiped there wasnt alot but enough to get me to notice. Just wanna get some opinions on what it could be? Thanks in advance
