Pregnancy /marijuana /advice/help

I found out I was pregnant around 9 weeks. Morning Sickness hit me hard and I was loosing weight like crazy. I have been living a healthy lifestyle (working out and eating clean for the last 3 years, but I been a MJ smoker for a year. I continued to smoke during my pregnancy until my 16th week. I live in Indiana and was told I would be drug tested. Sure enough I was and camed out positive for marijuana.. Any one has experience with this? I know they will probably urine test me and the baby but I know will come out clean because I have quit since16 weeks. I'm not sure if my baby will pass the poop test. I heard of some people stopping and they passed all the test, some not so lucky. I guess I'm just worried because I don't want to deal with cps, never had and don't want to start. I mean I guess only time will tell😕
