Did you look at your stitches or tear?
I'm terrified to look and or touch my stitches/2nd degree tear!! Two weeks postpartum and it still hurts.... My friend said not to look or go "exploring" yet as a lot changes in 4 weeks.... But I want to make sure it is healing well. Please share your experience?
