Idk what is wrong

So I should already be almost done with my period but I'm spotting n I just bleed a little whenever days can go by I noticed I'm eating a lot and getting chills n bad cramps is this normal? I am on birth control I take the pill

You may be sick, I don't know of birth controls causing chills.

Birth control can make you gain weight, so the over eating isn't unusual. The spotting can also be caused by the birth control.
