Feeling so sick
Just woke up at 3 am so nauseous and throwing up. How am I supposed to take care of a baby if I'm sick? Ughhh I feel terrible.
My next thought...could I be pregnant? I'm breastfeeding and taking birth control, but I've been so bad about taking it on time. Sheesh.
