First Ultrasound Fears, Had Them?

Hey, I just wanted to know if anyone else had fears about going to their first appointment? I will be 11weeks and 4 days on Monday which is when my first US will be. I've had no morning sickness which also had me worried. Barely any symptoms except for sore/growing boobs. I'm just worried they'll say "sorry we don't see anything" or "oh.. That's not right". I'm so worried 😞 (I've always had really bad anxiety)

Yes. I've had two miscarriages. The first I had a dr who didn't do anything right and even made other Drs go wtf? When I told them about her. Anyways, my first miscarriage I was about 5-6 weeks and started bleeding, no cramps. Made an appointment with the dr. Told her about my bleeding, she checked my uterus via pelvic exam and told me I was still pregnant and that bleeding is normal. Silly me didn't know anything about doing blood work to test my hgc levels, nor did the dr think to check them either. Apparently the positive urine test was enough for her. 8 weeks comes along still positive urine test and she does another pelvic exam and tells me my uterus is growing. So here I am thinking I'm still pregnant. she decides to check the heartbeat via Doppler. Can't find anything. So she decides to do an ultrasound. Can't find a baby. Tells me not to worry that baby is still there but just hiding because it's too early to see anything and to follow up in a week and I should be able to see baby. I get sent to a different person a week later and they tell me that there was no baby and that I had to have miscarried. 
Because this lady got my hopes up I was scared when I got pregnant my third time and made it to "ultrasound day" thinking there would be nothing. Boy, was I relieved when I saw the joy on my husbands face and heard the ultrasound tech say " here's baby!"
I felt like I was dreaming. Now I have a spunky little 10 month girl that brings me so much joy! 💕

I was anxious my first ultrasound. I started spotting two days before and I swore I miscarried. I didn't though. Seeing my peanuts heartbeat was the most amazing thing ever. I didn't have many pregnancy symptoms until week 12 too. Try to relax and enjoy the moment. Pregnancy goes really fast. Good luck

Lots of women don't have morning sickness, including me and my doctor. I mentioned this to her. She says it's normal.

I had a ton and when I went my doctor said she would've like to see more development so I went 4 weeks thinking there was something wrong before my next ultrasound everything ended up fine and I now have a beautiful baby boy.☺️

Don't stress! You're already almost out of the first trimester!!!!! And I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks and when I went to hospital to check they couldn't see anything on ultrasound and it scared the crap out of me!!!! But here I am at 18 weeks 4 days and finding out the sex of the baby tomorrow! Here's my 11 week ultrasound! Trust me it's creepy getting a 7 week ultrasound. Just looks like a ball

I was very anxious with my first ultrasound to the point where I almost didn't go. But I went and I had this perfect little angel inside of me and now j have no reason to stress!☺️ everything will be okay try to relax💕

Yes I will be so nervous goin to my 1st scan . I've miscarried my last two pregnancies and I keep thinking if I'm still pregnant at 12 weeks the scan will be bad news
