Is there anyway to stop how moody and sad and emotional you get before your period? I know my period is the reason I feel down and that I won't feel like it in a few days but I still can't stop myself feeling like it and believing it. Is there any way to prevent it? If anybody says healthy eating or exercise I swear to god. The last thing I want to do is eat a carrot whilst running and bleeding out my vagina
