Is labor coming!??

Question

So all last night every time I woke up to go pee (which was about 10x) I had this sharp painful feeling in my vagina. And this morning I'm having a dull lower back pain. 
My baby girl is also not moving as much, but she still has moved some. 
Are these signs that labor is near? Should I go to the hospital or wait till things progress? I'm also group b positive so I'm extra worried that I won't make it to the hospital in time, since it's 2 hours away...

If the pain doesn't go away in 30 min , go to the hospital sweetie, better safe than sorry right ??

personally I would wait until you can time the contractions. I've been having that low dull pain for weeks now. but it could definitely be the start of something!! fingers crossed!

You can call your doc and see if they want you to go in. Most likely they'll tell you it's a normal late pregnancy symptom (it is) and to wait until you're having regularly timeable contractions with at least 4 per hour.

I'm literally having the same issue and I'm currently  heading into work. :( I had Braxton hicks all night and had to go pee after each one. Now my back is really hurting. Figure without intensifying contractions the hospital won't do anything for me so now I'm on my way to work.
