Where can you put your patch I always do the same spot ...

Hips, Upper Arm, stomach, lower back, buttocks.

Another place is anywhere on your stomach, beneath the belly button

There should be an insert with your patches that explains where you can put it (with pictures ). From what I can remember, the patch can be placed on the upper arm, the upper back/shoulder, or the buttocks. There may be more, but that's where I remember placing it.
