Can I change my cycle? Please help!

Question

My husband is ALWAYS out of town when I get my postive opk. Is there anyway that I could change my cycle without birth control pills? I have my period in the middle of the month and am needing to have my period at the beginning so I will ovulate during the middle of the month. We have been trying for six months, three of which I didn't ovulate due to coming off of birth control pills. Thanks for your help!

Thank you C! It's so frustrating. The only reason I didn't want to go back on the pill is because I got pregnant while on it in March, and didn't know about it until I had miscarried in April.

But it stays in your system for at least a week after you take it out. But that's usually your AF week. So by the time you are expected to ovulate you should be good. I know the patch did the same thing

Bc is the only thing I know of that will change your cycle. I used to have nuva ring and you put it in for 3 weeks and you're supposed to take it out at the 3 week mark to let yourself have a period because if you keep it in you won't get it. So if you put in in and just take it out when you want your new period to start cuz I know if I took mine out early I would still get AF as soon as I took it out. But you have to leave it in for a couple weeks first. So it can get in your system. I was in the same boat as you. I just now got on a schedule I like.
