Lifting at work suggestions please

So I work as a certified nursing assistant I just found out I was 7 1/2 almost 8 weeks and im constantly lifting all day and transferring many tell me I will be fine but the last couple months I. Can't life which I understand but what about now ?!?! Any suggestions !? This is all new to me
