Baby acne?

Question

Anyone else dealing with baby acne? I'm not even sure that's what it is dr says it's normal and she was fine but I'm getting worried seems like there's more every day she has a few spots on her face but it's mostly on her belly and the heat brings them out worse. What can I do is anyone else's baby doing the same? If so post pictures She's 5 weeks.

If your Breast feeding put some of your milk on it. That's what I did and it cleared it up quick!

My baby had it on her cheeks and it started getting worse. I asked my friend who also has a baby and she told me that the  pediatrician told her to rub her breast milk on it. I gave it a shot so I rubbed my breast milk on my baby's cheeks twice a day and by the third day it was almost completely gone.

**update** I tried the lotion and she would scream when I used it so I read on the back it has 2 different alcohols in it. And her face and belly was getting worse so I took her to the dr Friday and found out it is baby acne mixed with heat rash. Dr recommend me getting 1% hydrocortisone cream (over the counter) use twice a day  for a week if needed. I have used it 3 times and she's already cleared up and has no bumps what so ever. My daughter had it really bad on her cheeks & ears. I started using coconut oil, it's natural & works great !

I don't have any pictures but my baby used to get those when he and the heat would make it worse as well. He had very sensitive skin I had to buy all special products and bathe him often oh and I had to get sensitive skin laundry detergent as well. Hope it gets better.

My poor baby girl had something that looked like this. We thought it was heat rash/baby acne. Found out from pediatrician it was seborrhea dermatitis, basically cradle cap all over the body (mostly face and chest). She recommended washing her with Aquaphor baby wash (Unscented) and use Eucerin baby lotion (again, Unscented). We are also washing her clothes in free and clear detergent. After starting this routine, she cleared up in 3 days! Good luck, mama!

My baby has it on her cheeks and head. I've been using a warm wash cloth to wipe the areas 3-4 times a day and it has really cleared it up. Ive also stopped putting lotions/oils on the affected areas since it clogs the pores.

My daught has the same thing and her skin is SO rough, my poor little one:( she has it on the back of her legs, shoulders, arms, chest, face, scalp and face. Doctor said its all baby acne but im convinced everything is eczema except for whats on her face. It gets worse and worse and i just dont know how to treat it
