Need some advice..

I love my husband more than anything but he has become so distant. Gets mad about little things and shuts me out. Is this his way of telling me he no longer loves me. I try to talk to him about it and he just walks away and gets more fustrated. Things have been perfect till the past month. I stopped working and i know he is more stressed but he pushed me to stay home till our daughter is a couple months old. He tells me he still loves me and occasionally after a big fight he goes to work and ends up sending me a bunch of stuff about how much i mean to him. Today is different after our argument last night he still isnt talking to me?? Is this his way of telling me he dosent love me? Should i leave? I love him so much im breaking apart.
