How long did it take for your AF to "regulate " after mc ???

I'm over this . Last month I had my first AF after my mc for 13 days and now I'm on cycle day 50😳😳😳

I feel stiff in my back but my glands aren't sore . I just feel so heavy in my abdominal area and have constant watery cm 😓😓.

I took a pregnancy test last week and got a negative .. So far my brain is teasing me with pregnancy symptoms disguised as AF symptoms .

Periods can be irregular for years even a decade, it takes a long time, with everything going on in our lives, stress, appetite, working out, for our hormones to calm down and "regulate" our periods. Some girls even deal with it their whole lives. I know birth control can help that out though

When I first algae my period It took 2 months for it to come back again, it happens to a lot of people it'll take a couple years maybe maybe not depends on person to really regulate, but it should help after you start to ovulate in between periods it took me a year and a half plus to start ovulate regularly and then my period followed, I'm not saying that you are ovulating now it's just that it's not at a set time yet or doing it every time yet, I only know this cause after I started to regulate I had to go to the doctor cause my cramps are really bad and I was taking a ton of ibuprofen and extra strength Tylenol to try and relieve them but it didn't work. I was confused cause they never used to be like this and in the beginning I had almost none at all. She explained that I had started to ovulate and that could be why, it made sense cause I had noticed that I started to ovulate too. Yeah sorry long needless story but know that it's pretty normal to not be regular the fact you are experiencing any symptoms could mean that it'll be there in a week or two
