38 weeks menstrual cramps and backache

I have had cramps since 4:30 am that haven't escalated or anything, not even really had a pattern but have not subsided with the usual walking, eating, showering, and laying down. My back is KILLING me. Baby is breech, scheduled for a section in a week. I'm nauseous and have had several bowel movements today. I see the Dr at 6:30. Anyone have these symptoms and it was labor?
