Bleeding at 18 weeks?

Morning/evening/afternoon all!!

Just after a little advice of what to do, as I don't want to be one of these people that go a&e every day just because I'm pregnant.

I'm currently 18 weeks and am sick quite a lot. I have woke up this morning with horrendous sickness all day... then went to the bathroom just and noticed I have bled a little it's not massive amounts but enough for me to panic I haven't bled during this pregnancy at all, I'm also having stomach aches but I'm not sure if that's because of how much I have been sick.

Is it normal to bleed during pregnancy?
