First time trying for baby but second child!

 I had my implant removed after it being in for one year, on the 12 of June I had a period until the 17th of June. The implant was removed the 23rd of June. I started to bleed on Sunday the 26th, very light almost like spotting. My husband and I had sex Friday and Saturday as he was away with work since the 12th. So any ways started spotting the 26th stopped spotting yesterday(28th). Could it be possible to be pregnant this soon? I know it sounds stupid but I feel like I have conceived, I have sore boobs, veins are more blue on boobs, tiredness, a lot of mucus etc. The reason I know these could mean pregnancy is because I had this with my first child. I'm just wondering if it's possible to be able to tell if your pregnant so soon! I'm not sure now when my next period will be since I've just spotted for 2 days while I'm meant to be ovulating!
