Help! Sciatic nerve pain!
I am 10 weeks+3 days pregnant and a couple days ago my hips started aching! It kills me when I'm trying to sleep at night. I'm pretty sure it is my sciatic nerve. What causes that pain in my nerve and how can I relieve it at least enough that I can sleep?!
