Is this normal?

Is high and a bit soft cervix before period normal? I am on birth control but I took antibiotics a few days and completely forgot about them so I had unprotected sex for a few seconds after I finished my treatment. However, it happened over a week after I stopped taking the medicine but I'm quite worried.
