Help please!! To test or not!

I'm due AF tomorrow (30th June) I did test on Monday (27th June) and it was a BFN. I'm torn on whether I should do a test or not tomorrow if AF doesn't show up! I'm worried it will be a waste of a test seeing I tested three days before. What should I do test or leave it afew more days? 😔 The past week I have been getting period cramps (no spotting or blood)  and afew backaches getting very confused to why I haven't had AF if I'm getting signs 😣
