Macrobid for uti?

Any positive experiences taking macrobid for a uti? All I can find are awful testimonies and severe side effects:(

That is the go to antibiotic for it, it's always worked for me.

I took it post pregnancy bc they thought I had a uti, but it was really mastitis that was the issue so I only took it for a week or so. No issues for me or my baby while breastfeeding.
