Okay so this is a very long story because it's been happening over the course of like 9 months but there's this guy I worked with for months and we work in different departments. I was instantly attracted to him and he would come over and talk to me, but I would act weird because I was nervous lol. Anyway he would come over and joke with me but whenever I would make eye contact he would get very nervous and look away, and when he would go back to his department he wouldn't talk to me he would just stare/glance/walk by me all the time. So I thought he's into me right?? But he also isn't makikg a move and from my friends who know of him they say he's very outgoing and doesn't care what people think of him and just does whatever so idk why he would be so nervous? And now he won't talk to me unless I say something first :/ I've also tried requesting him on ig but he just ignored it. I'm confused and I'm too scared to make a move if he doesn't actually like me. And most of his friends are girls so he shouldn't be that weird around me!!
