Might be a sign?

So I have this 6month old Husky Puppy and he's a big meany to me but loves his dad, he never comes to me unless he wants food or to playbite me. ANYWAYS, this whole week lately I been feeling not myself like i been really nausous and my puppy has been around me all this time like licking my belly when i lay down, he lays next to and/or on me.
