My water have broken or anything but I keep getting stabbing sensations really down low, by my cervix it feels like, especially when I'm standing. And it feels like he's going to fall out even though it feels tight down there.

Mine weren't stabbing pain until I was in active labor. What your describing sounds more like lighting crotch...

I've never had cramps or any trouble with periods so I don't know exactly what cramps feel like but I get stabbing pains really low sometimes and I just assume it's how she's positioned at the time because it eases when I move.

I never had stabbing pains with either of mine. My contractions started as period like cramps that came and went and increased in intensity. Like back pain that wrapped around the front. Have you had that feeling at all?!
